The Australian Defence Force presence in the Territory provides significant opportunities for local industry. The Defence Support Division supports Defence, industry and the Defence community.
The division’s goals are to:
identify industry development priorities to be pursued by government and industry
facilitate the development of capabilities of the Northern Territory’s Defence support industry to support Defence contracts both now and in the future
attract investment by Defence and industry to the Northern Territory
support the Defence community in the Northern Territory and those considering a posting to the Northern Territory.
