Government’s library of procurement related resources are provided through these references.
Procurement directions are the Minister endorsed guidance to agencies on procurement in government; they are subordinate to the Procurement Act and Procurement Regulations. These three sets of documents together with the Northern Territory Procurement code and Procurement Circulars (which are provided to government agencies to clarify particular procurement issues) are collectively known as the Northern Territory Government Procurement Framework.
The procurement code establishes a set of minimum standards for the conduct of business with the government; compliance with this code is a condition of tendering for any of government’s contracts.
Conditions of quoting / tendering and contract are the standard terms and conditions that are used in tender and quote documents put to market. This library provides the history of changes to the standards over time (for the past three to four years).
