Contract and Procurement Services (CAPS) is the front-of-house for tendering. It services both the distribution of information about opportunities and the receipt of responses from businesses.

Procurement Policy advises the Minister responsible for procurement and supports the implementation of initiatives and policies of government.

Government Procurement Council is an industry and public sector representative council that advises the Minister responsible for procurement on matters from a business perspective.

Procurement Review Board is responsible for review of adherence to the Northern Territory Government Procurement Framework during agencies’ undertaking of higher value and risk procurements.

Procurement Liaison assists businesses in dealing with issues that may arise with procurement procedures, including complaints and helping the Northern Territory business sector achieve a greater understanding of government procurement requirements.
